Line Mechanic
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Engineering Head
- Assists the Engineering Head in overall performance of machines in the Production area.
- Responsible for ensuring that machines are running in good condition at all times.
- Maintains and updates maintenance checklist of all production related machines and equipment to provide high quality product.
- Responsible in Line monitoring and troubleshooting during production operation.
- Provides support in other section/ department as per production and operation is concerned.
- Conducts effective housekeeping of engineering shop and offices and other area where engineering work is required.
- Ensures all production equipments are in good condition and complies with scheduled maintenance activities.
- Supports company wide projects such as Safety program and promotion.
- Takes responsibility for safety and sanitation in the area, takes own safety and the safety of others.
- Conducts routine inspection and maintain corporate policies on hygiene and sanitation programs of the Company.
- Coordinates with other departments regarding matters relevant to their scope of responsibilities.
- Abides by the Company's Rules and Regulations on Discipline, Good Manufacturing processes, Quality Monitoring Scheme, Safety Practices and other company policies that may be issued while in the employ of this Company;
- Ensures that the product, working conditions and work processes are consistent and within the quality standards of the client.
-Performs other functions and duties as maybe assigned or called for by the superiors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
-At least High School Graduate. Technical/ Vocational study in electro- mechanic is an advantage.
-At least 2 years work experience as facility technician.
-Bring your own pen and vaccination card (FULLY VACCINATED WITH A BOOSTER WILL BE PRIORITIZED FOR A FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW).
-Wear smart casual attire.
