- 2 years Vocational Graduate or 4 years College Graduate of any course
- At least 2 years’ experience as a technical trainer, training specialist, or a similar role
- An expert & certified Buddy Trainer
Technical Competence:
- Provides instruction to operators through classroom and hands-on-training
- Teach hands-on fundamental technical skills and knowledge needed for working in identified process and inspection (general requirements, past trouble, reading comprehension, written and actual examination, etc.) in both a group and individual setting
- Make recommendations for, and support the improvement to the new and existing training materials to increase operators skill-building
- Hands-on support during the training process
- Build trusting, positive, communicative relationships with Line Leader, Supevisor, PE, Managers to support Operators and address areas of concern
- Ensures timely and accurate entry of operators data and completion of paperwork to meet all organizational and funder requirements
- Actively participate in meetings for operators support, organizational information, training, etc.
