JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides excellent service experience during livestream sessions to customers to contribute sustainability of customer base and be able to reply in a professional way even to the most demanding and unreasonable customers;
- Creates engaging content and have a professional product presentation that aims to establish viewer’s engagement and interest in the following, buying and awareness of products, brands and platforms;
- Boost brand awareness through shared experiences of the products during livestream;
- Increases consumer reach to the right target audience of the brand through continuous soft sell promotion on their social media accounts;
- Assists brands to become more focused on optimum development and productivity by the targeting audience; Collaborates with the procedure and livestream team regarding scripts, photoshoots and videography;
- Rehearses scripts and product demonstrations in the studio to get used to it;
- Assists the influencer Marketing Specialist to reach out to KOLs and update the External Influencers Databank for Influencer campaign;
- Align with the company’s mission, vision, goals and policies in all aspects;
- Other duties and assign by the management. Job requirements
- Senior High or college level accepted as long as with solid experience in Hosting/Live selling
- Degree holder in Education/ Mass Communication/ Public Administration or relevant degree is a plus
- Must have live selling / livestream hosting experience
- Must have the ability and passion to convert viewers/followers to buyers
- Relevant video content in their social media accounts on the niche or products they will promote is a plus
- Must be a social media savvy and camera-confident
- Must be punctual, passionate and energetic during scheduled livestreams
- Must be willing to work in a fast and dynamic working environment
- 6 days a week, shifting schedule
