Authorities and Responsibilities:
Overall
1. Manages overall operation of Centralized materials and Equipment Division and responsible in all aspects of CMED operations.
2. Ensures that all supervisors with the subordinates are doing their assigned tasks.
3. Responsible in maintaining the credibility, reliability, responsiveness of the whole division.
CMED Finance and Administration
4. Checks/Reviews financial transaction with regards to cash disbursement thru petty cash, payroll, and all government agencies’ employer/employees contribution.
5. Ensures that all cash/check disbursement are fully supported by valid documents before approval.
6. Checks/reviews properly all project billings and other charges.
7. Monitors and evaluates the performance and efficiency of all CMED personnel.
8. Ensures that manpower are within the required necessity/budget.
Equipment / Motorpool
9. Always checks/follow-up the implementation of scheduled preventive maintenance of all heavy equipment/light tools.
10. Checks and evaluates all requirement which deals with major and minor repair of equipment for approval by head office accompanied by quotations.
11. Ensures the safety of all equipment at all times and must always be presentable.
12. Evaluate the equipment and motor pool requirement both in the project and central CMED to its’ necessity with cost impact.
Warehouse
13. Ensures that all company assets are safeguarded to avoid damages/losses.
14. Requires warehouse personnel to conduct monthly inventory of all company assets to determine the accuracy of warehouse records and the availability of construction materials at the project sites and CMED warehouse.
Job Specification:
1. Must a graduate of BS Industrial Engineer, Accountancy, or equivalent.
2. With at least seven (7) years of work experience in the same capacity, acquired from Construction industry.
3. With good moral character.
