Qualifications:
- Willing to start ASAP.
- Graduate of any 4 years course.
- With experience in warehousing operations, material handling, receiving, storage, and dispatching of inventory.
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively both oral and writing.
- Flexible, team player, and willing to be trained.
Job Description:
- Assist in preparation of all documents needed in delivery schedule with approval of CTS
- Checking of 3pl booking and monitor all transactions from requestor.
- Coordinate with forwarder and warehouse team for dispatch.
- Update daily monitoring of Modern trade from endorsement up to accomplishment of delivery.
- Checking of delivery receipt and other documents needed to pull out and deliveries.
- Perform other task that may be assigned by the Logistic Manager.
- Provide incident report on any losses detected / short or any incident during delivery.
