Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and clear information regarding healthcare services, insurance coverage, billing, and appointment scheduling.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues related to healthcare services, billing discrepancies, and insurance claims in a timely and effective manner.
- Accurately enter and update patient information in the healthcare management system.
- Communicate any updates or changes in healthcare policies, procedures, or insurance plans to customers.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior experience in a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
- Able to work on-site..
