SHIPPING DUTIES EXPORT / LOCAL DELIVERY
· Prepare shipping documents like Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Receipt, Permit to Bring In, Permit to Bring Out, Boat Note, Certificate of Identification and CIL)
· Booking to DHL/ UPS/ FEDEX, Schedule our drivers for local delivery.
· Process document at BOC.
· After shipping the packages monitor their progress and regularly update the recipients/ customers about the status of their orders.
· Update weekly report and prepare weekly liquidation and submit to Accounting Department.
SHIPPING DUTIES IMPORT
· Prepare shipping documents like Invoice, PL, Bills of Lading coordinate to transportation provider to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipment.
· Track and fixing shipment errors (for approval & encode additional item in the system)
· Once delivered preparing copy of received shipping docs, bills and invoices and submit to Accounting Department.
· Apply for registration under the BOC Client Profile Registration System (CPRS), Tax Incentives Management, Transparency Act (TIMTA) and General Transportation Surety Bond (GTSB) yearly

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
