Job Description:
- Plan & Manage logistics for Rollout CME & DC team.
- Work with Project managers and others to ensure deliveries are done on time as per panned dates.
- Monitor PTCI-MIDC supplied materials including but not limited to (Tower, Rebar, Panel Boards, Panel Frame Support, Fence, and Gate).
- Confirms availability of items to be shipped; loaded by verifying inventory records or to assist in conducting inventories if required.
- Confirms the availability of trucks as per schedule to the respective warehouses, sites with the logistics providers.
- Maintain delivery schedules and oversee deliveries
- Track and monitor shipments and deliveries
- Manage logistics service providers (if applicable)
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records for audits related to logistics / delivery activities.
- Work with internal partners to streamline & simplify delivery processes
- Following up on all internal dependencies with all related dept's incl PO issuance to logistics providers
- Provide reports for weekly meetings, performance monitoring, and evaluations.
- Work on improvement strategies
- Troubleshoot issues and concerns
- Additional scope (When required / applicable)
- Rebar planning & ordering
- Material allocation
Other scope as required by direct dept head.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
