The Machine Operator is a versatile and essential member of the production Team, responsible for operating and maintaining a range of machinery used to transform raw materials into finished products. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, with an emphasis on following strict manufacturing protocols, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The operator will be cross-trained to work on multiple processes, including granulation, blending, compression, and coating to support the overall production schedule.

Qualifications:
1. At least College Level or equivalent is required.
2. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery.
3. Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documents, batch records and SOP's.
4. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within a regulated industry such as pharmaceutical, food, or chemical manufacturing.
5. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift materials up to a specified weight limit.
6. Can work with minimum supervision.
