Duties and Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules.
- Coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
- Managing work orders and assigning tasks to maintenance staff.
- Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Managing the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Preparing and presenting maintenance reports to management.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspecting facilities and equipment to identify and address potential safety hazards.
- Coordinating and providing guidance to maintenance staff.
- Communicating with other departments and management regarding maintenance needs and progress
Hiring Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering or Industrial Technology. Undergraduates may apply with related working experience.
· Preferably with knowledge in building facilities, fleet or machine maintenance.
· Flexible and can work long hours
