· Responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation and maintenance of all warehouse facility, equipment and its surroundings.
· Prepares and makes necessary requisition of supplies, tools and spare parts for maintenance and facility use.
· Supervises, communicates and works with different suppliers and contractors.
· Supervises and makes time schedules and job assignments for maintenance and facility clerks.
· Supervises the safe-storing/ safekeeping of supplies, tools and equipment in its proper position place.
· Supervises the cleaning activities inside and outside the facility premises.
· Monitors and controls controllable expenses (i.e. utilities, supplies, overtime, etc.) including monitoring of spare parts.
· Records and monitors the equipment parameters such as Genset, Air Handling Unit, refrigeration system. Split-type air con, pumps, etc.
· Prepares and supervises the monthly, semi-monthly, quarterly and annual preventive maintenance schedule/ program for all facility equipment such as Genset, AHU, Split-type Air Con, Forklift, pallet jack, refrigeration, Chillers, pumps, motors and other small equipment/ machine for bakery, meat, food service, etc.
· Executes training program/s to subordinates to upgrade their skills.
· Leads, motivates, teaches and challenges the subordinates to work to the best of their abilities.
· Ensures the proper scheduling of working hours prepared for all the M&F personnel.
· Evaluates the performance of the M&F personnel.
· Observes proper grooming.
· Practices courteousness towards everyone whether members, customers, visitors or employees.
· Practices proper decorum as per Code of Conduct and Standard Operating Procedures.
· Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
