- Graduate of Engineering course (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or any related technical/vocational course
- With at least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance, construction, or facilities management
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural works, and safety protocols
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and maintenance reports
- Skilled in project planning, manpower supervision, and contractor coordination
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site or during emergency repairs
- Willing to relocate depending on project or site assignment requirements.
- Preferably with driver’s license (optional)
