Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community-focused marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Create comprehensive marketing plans and budgets tailored to the mall's specific needs.
- Manage on-site logistics and support staff for campaigns, ensuring proper inventory and upkeep of marketing assets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local government units, community organizations, press, and media outlets.
- Coordinate with and manage external vendors and suppliers, working closely with the purchasing team to meet various mall requirements.
- Oversee asset management and ensure the proper display and maintenance of all branded materials.
- Lead the visual merchandising and display execution for tenant clusters, in-mall signage, and other promotional collateral in collaboration with the Visual Display Officer.
- Create and edit content for social media platforms and video channels, demonstrating a strong understanding of online trends and language.
- Develop and implement advertising plans across various media, including print, television, radio, and public relations.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with tenants, suppliers, customers, and other key partners.
- Perform administrative duties as assigned to support mall operations.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initial concept development and budgeting to implementation and post-campaign reporting.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Design, Liberal Arts, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
- Proficiency with various social media platforms.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of Adobe programs (Photoshop/Lightroom).
- Experience with video and photo editing software.
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in event staging or coordination.
- Demonstrates basic copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Crello.
- Highly adaptable, resilient, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in Davao City.
