Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marine Mechanic to join our watersports team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and diagnostics of jet skis, speedboats, and other watersports equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our marine fleet for daily guest operations.
Job Description:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair personal watercraft (PWC), outboard/inboard motors, and speedboats.
- Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, and oil changes on all marine engines.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues.
- Maintain and repair jet propulsion systems, steering systems, and hull components.
- Test marine engines and equipment after repairs to ensure proper functioning.
- Keep detailed service logs and maintenance records.
- Ensure all marine vehicles and equipment meet safety and environmental standards.
- Recommend replacement parts and equipment upgrades when necessary.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and emergency repairs, especially during guest activities.
- Collaborate with the operations and watersports team to schedule maintenance without disrupting resort activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a marine mechanic or in small engine repair (jet skis, speedboats, outboard/inboard motors).
- Knowledge of marine engine systems (Yamaha, Sea-Doo, Mercury, Honda, etc.).
- Ability to read technical manuals and use diagnostic tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor beach/marine environments.
- Certification or vocational training in marine technology or mechanical repair is an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: Php500.00 - Php600.00 per day
