Primary Role
The primary objective is to provide, as part of a team detailed market intelligence and research information for a specific client base and support the team in market analysis and research.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and prepare Analysis / intelligence information for the marketing team.
- Assist with the co- ordination and production of the market intelligence reports.
- Support the marketing team in day-to-day operations.
- Perform routine clerical tasks as needed. Ensure report deadlines are adhered to.
- Assist in the development in port coverage and market reports
- Perform duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner and ensure 100% coverage of the workstation.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
Key Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office particularly Excel.
- Able to work to deadline and can prioritize.
- Have excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a good eye to detail.
- Able to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to work extended hours when required.
- Able to commute reliably to the office
