Job Summary:
The Marketing Assistant provides day-to-day support in promoting the hospital's services, campaigns, and events. The role involves content creation, coordination with departments and partners, assisting in community outreach, and supporting the marketing team's administrative needs. This position plays a vital role in enhancing SWU Med's visibility, patient engagement, and brand identity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional events for hospital services and outreach programs.
- Create and manage social media content, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics.
- Support the production of marketing materials (posters, brochures, newsletters, digital ads).
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for marketing and PR activities.
- Help organize and staff health events, medical missions, ribbon cuttings, and clinic launches.
- Document events through photography and post-activity reports. Maintain brand consistency across communications.
- Monitor competitor activity and community feedback.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, inventory of marketing materials, and supplier coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Creative mindset with familiarity in design tools (Canva; Photoshop: Adobe is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- At least 6 months to 1 year of marketing, communications, or events coordination experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and can work independently or in a team.
- Able to work flexible hours during events or campaigns.
- Willing for a project-based employment

Contract length: 5 months
Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cebu City 6000 P07: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
