Summary of Functions
A Marketing Associate provides support in marketing campaigns and initiatives. The responsibilities include creation of marketing collateral lay-outs, design production for marketing-related activities, data reports of promotional events among others.
Functions:
- Creates marketing collateral lay-outs.
- Assists in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns
- Plans advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
- Gathers data on campaign success, often through collecting feedback
- Contributes in the implementation of marketing strategies.
- Assists in the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events.
- Organizes and attends marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing Management, Multimedia Arts, Communications, IT, Advertising or equivalent
- 2 years relevant experience in graphics and social media
- Experienced in using design tools such as Adobe in Design, Photoshop and CorelDraw and other related softwares.
- Able to articulate in both written and verbal English
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Pro in social media engagement is a plus
- Creative, proactive and resourceful
