Job Description:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing company looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Help create targeted marketing initiatives for various candidate personas
- Support employer branding efforts through content creation and participation in branding events
- Conduct outreach to potential candidates and assist with initial screening calls
- Perform market research and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing or related undergraduate program
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and social media platforms
- Creative and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus
Note: This is an unpaid internship, but interns who demonstrate strong performance and commitment will be guaranteed a job offer upon successful completion of the program.
