About the Internship:
Are you a BSBA student majoring in Marketing Management looking to apply your skills in a real-world setting? Join our team as a Marketing Intern at a dynamic manpower outsourcing agency. This role offers hands-on marketing experience along with basic exposure to financial and administrative support—ideal for students eager to bridge theory with practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing online marketing strategies, including managing and publishing content on social media platforms
- Help in the creation of marketing budgets, cost breakdowns, and performance tracking reports
- Monitor marketing expenses and ensure consistency with financial documentation
- Update and maintain client and applicant records in internal databases
- Perform market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential leads
- Contribute to the design and development of marketing materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, email content)
- Support analysis of campaign results and aid in compiling post-campaign reports
- Participate in team discussions and provide input for improving marketing processes
Ideal Candidate:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Marketing Management
- Genuinely interested in marketing, brand strategy, and business development
- Basic familiarity with finance or accounting tasks like tracking costs and creating reports
- Comfortable using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva or other design tools is a bonus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow professionally
- Available to complete at least 600 internship hours
