Position Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Intern who is currently pursuing a degree in Accounting. This role offers hands-on experience in both marketing support and basic financial documentation, giving students exposure to cross-functional tasks in a real-world business environment. The intern will assist in digital marketing efforts, analytics reporting, and data entry related to marketing costs and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing online marketing campaigns and posting on company social media platforms
- Support in preparing marketing reports, cost analyses, and performance metrics
- Help track marketing expenses and align data with accounting records
- Maintain and update client and applicant databases
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and potential client markets
- Assist in organizing recruitment-related marketing materials (flyers, brochures, email content)
- Support the marketing and accounting teams in generating reports related to campaign ROI
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management.
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, or business development
- Basic knowledge of accounting or finance concepts (e.g., cost tracking, reporting)
- Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva or basic design tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to complete a 600-hour internship requirement
