Marketing Manager – Multi-Brand Strategy & Content Execution (Remote, Part-Time, CST)

About the Role:
We’re hiring a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to support one of our clients who are seeking a marketing lead who can strengthen their digital presence, drive campaigns, and build scalable marketing systems.
You’ll manage multiple brands’ online presence, from content planning and publishing to social media engagement, SEO, reviews, ad campaigns, analytics, and marketing automation.
This is a part-time remote role at 20 hours/week, with a minimum of 2 hours per week overlapping with US Central Time for strategy discussions and check-ins.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Publishing
- Create and publish branded content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business
- Repurpose existing media (photos, events, graphics) into engaging posts per platform
- Design and send newsletters or campaign emails as needed
- Produce short-form videos for Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Maintain a library of reusable graphics and templates
Social Media & Online Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews daily using a professional brand voice
- Manage post scheduling using Buffer (or similar tools)
- Monitor and update Google Business listings
- Run review generation efforts to build online reputation
Campaigns & Strategy
- Build a 30-60-90 day marketing plan with clear KPIs
- Lead campaigns for promos, launches, events, and seasonals
- Conduct competitive research to inform strategy and inspire new ideas
- Maintain a collaborative content calendar with the team
- Create/update SOPs for content workflows, reporting, and posting systems
SEO & Website Updates
- Improve organic Google rankings and local visibility across multiple brands
- Conduct keyword and competitor research to inform content and SEO strategy
- Update websites (basic WordPress tasks, blog publishing, keyword integration)
- Write or publish blog posts that align with SEO and brand voice
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track campaign performance via Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform insights
- Create monthly reports with recommendations for optimizations
Marketing Automation & Funnel Building
- Set up or maintain email and text automations for lead nurture and promo outreach
- Recommend tools or automations to improve workflow efficiency
- Create funnels and landing pages for lead generation and campaign tracking
Tools You’ll Use
- Canva | Adobe Photoshop | CapCut (or similar)
- Meta Business Suite | Buffer (or equivalent scheduler)
- Google My Business
- Google Analytics | Google Tag Manager | Google Ads
- ChatGPT + AI content tools
- WordPress (basic content updates)
Who You Are
- A digital marketer with 3+ years of experience managing multi-brand strategies for small businesses
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google search optimization, keyword research, and local ranking
- Confident in creating content across platforms, from graphics to short-form videos and blogs
- Familiar with email/text marketing automations, social campaigns, and ad testing
- Analytical mindset. You know how to interpret data and adjust for performance
- Tech-savvy, organized, and eager to explore new tools and platforms
- Excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with a U.S.-based team with limited but consistent time zone overlap
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience building lead gen funnels (opt-ins, nurture sequences, etc.)
- Familiarity with chatbot creation (Facebook or website)
- Workflow automation experience using Zapier or Make
- CRM and lead management background
- Experience with review request automations (email/text drip)
