We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to help lead the execution and coordination of our marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in marketing execution who is ready to step into a more strategic and cross-functional position.
You’ll play a key role in growing our brands by managing day-to-day marketing operations, executing campaigns, coordinating across teams, and helping improve visibility both online and in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing:
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage ad placements (Boosted Posts, Facebook Ads, CPAS) and monitor performance
- Analyze metrics and optimize campaigns to meet brand and sales objectives
Content & Copywriting:
- Develop product and promotional copy for ads, posts, and in-store materials
- Assist with email marketing, website content, and product listings (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify)
Product & Retail Marketing:
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Coordinate the execution of new product launches and in-store promotions
- Ensure consistent product messaging across digital and offline platforms
- Work with sales and operations to align campaign timing and merchandising
Marketing Coordination & Support:
- Maintain campaign calendars, promotional plans, and reporting dashboards
- Assist in planning seasonal campaigns and retail event participation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
