Duties and Responsibilities:
Product Development & Pricing Strategy
- Assist in the conceptualization and development of new products and seasonal offerings
- Conduct food cost analysis and recommend pricing strategies to ensure profitability
- Provide data-driven suggestions for product launches to increase sales and market share
Product & Sales Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze product and sales data to determine effectiveness of marketing strategies
- Generate reports and insights to guide future marketing decisions and menu optimizations
Promotions & Campaigns
- Design and implement systemwide promotional campaigns aimed at boosting sales
- Evaluate promotional effectiveness and provide post-campaign performance summaries
Events & Sponsorships
- Organize and manage brand-related events, trade shows, or seasonal activations
- Coordinate sponsorship tie-ups and brand collaborations that enhance visibility and reach
Digital Marketing (Advantageous)
- While not required, knowledge in social media marketing, content creation, and online campaigns is considered a plus
- Collaborate with digital teams/agencies for campaign rollouts if needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the QSR or food & beverage industry
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales reporting and performance analysis
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, operations, and creative teams
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
