Job Title: Project-Based Marketing Officer
About the Role:
We are hiring a Marketing Officer (Project-Based) to support and develop marketing strategies for multiple businesses under the ownership of one person, namely:
- German Auto Traders (Car Sales)
- VARTA Battery Center – Biñan (Car Batteries)
- Non-Life Insurance Services (Car Insurance)
- CruzMotors Phils Corporation (Car Repairs)
This position is ideal for a creative, driven, and organized individual who can handle multiple brands, propose effective marketing campaigns, and test strategies within a 3-month observation period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Develop content for social media, print, and events
- Analyze and monitor marketing performance metrics
- Coordinate with owners and team members from different business units
- Conduct basic market research and customer feedback gathering
- Propose promotions, partnerships, or events that boost visibility and sales
- Focus heavily on marketing for:
- German Auto Traders (Car Sales)
- VARTA Battery Center – Biñan (Car Batteries)
- Non-Life Insurance Services (Car Insurance)
- CruzMotors Phils Corporation (Car Repairs)
Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years experience in marketing or similar roles
- Strong understanding of social media, brand building, and campaign management
- Can work independently and meet deadlines
- Creative, flexible, and business-minded
- Preferably has experience in automotive or service-related industries (not required)
Contract Details:
- Type: Project-Based / Contractual (3-month trial period)
- Schedule: Flexible with regular check-ins or reporting (upon negotiation)
- Location: Biñan, Laguna
- Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and output
