JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize marketing activities that will support the Parts Sales team in achieving its monthly and yearly targets.
- Conduct 3S orientation for new 3S staff and Person-in-Charge of Spare Parts.
- Conduct Genuine Awareness Activities for dealer staff and customers.
- Facilitate marketing programs for genuine parts, Yamalube, helmets, apparel, and accessories.
- Conduct market surveys for all spare parts product line-ups.
- Develop marketing and promotional collaterals/materials.
- Attend company events involving Spare Parts and Accessories.
- Facilitate the implementation of Yamaha Parts Academy.
- Draft internal and external memorandums.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department for digital promotion activities of Spare Parts and Accessories.
- Perform other duties and tasks that may be assigned by the management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the automotive/motorcycle or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of spare parts and accessories sales dynamics and customer behavior.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to be assigned to the Greenfield District, Mandaluyong Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28,500.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
