The Marketing Staff is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring brand strategies across assigned product categories including Medical, Beauty, and Baby/Consumer Goods. The role ensures product knowledge, market positioning, and campaign performance align with overall business goals. It involves cross-functional collaboration with the sales team and external partners to drive growth through digital, traditional, and B2B marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Understand full product composition, including ingredients, certifications, safety precautions, benefits, and applications.
● Analyze competitor brands (local and international), including pricing, packaging, product features, and market advantages.
● Identify and build buyer personas across regions and channels; track consumer behavior on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and in retail/institutional markets.
● Create and implement quarterly product marketing plans with SMART goals and monthly campaign focuses.
● Develop digital content (posts, reels, carousels, infographics) and videos (testimonials, demos, walkthroughs).
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
● 1–2 years of experience in brand or product marketing (healthcare, beauty, or consumer goods).
● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
● Skilled in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok tools).
● Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
