Coordinates all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts including merchandising, community relations, public relations, information, events, and demos; leads the marketing team and prepares the marketing budget.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans and organizes marketing efforts to help grow the company’s business and brand.
- Supervises the marketing team’s collaboration with the Sales Department to create marketing and sales messages.
- Recognizes growing markets and market changes to stay on top of the competition.
- Manages projects and oversees the implementation of everyday tasks, such as the organization and assessment of marketing campaigns.
- Participates in setting marketing and sales strategic goals, training and supervision of marketing and sales representatives.
- Generates sustainable and manageable workload and organize tasks to align diverse marketing efforts and activities with the company objectives
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Minimum Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in coordinating projects and people in Marketing or Sales
Competencies:
- Strong understanding of business and industry.
- Outstanding people management, communication, training, computer, and technical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish.
- Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to attend virtual and occasional physical events, including webinars, trade shows, and fairs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
