About the role:
The Marketing Supervisor is responsible in tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. This position should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Also will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Fostering brand engagement for all e-commerce platforms.
- Strengthen support in retail and business development.
- Establish brand positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans for different channels.
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment of communications and messaging across all channels .
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads.
- Collaborate with creative team to develop creative output in terms of print, video and digital advertising.
- Analyze customer insights, customer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Events marketing and campaigns
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent computer skills : MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel
- Very good presentation skills. Excellent understanding of CRM tools, web design and web analysis.
- Strong marketing background includes SEO/SEM, branding, PR and digital marketing.
- Established press and media contacts. Metrics-driven with excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English language both verbal and oral.
- Willing to work onsite an field work in Makati City
