Job Summary:
This is a frontline leadership role encompassing full process ownership for the day to day operations of the storage
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage the start-up procedures – unlocking and pre-start checks on all operational equipments
2. Resource planning to maximize efficiency and ensure operational success
3. Plan and monitor the storage deliveries and dispatch orders
4. Update daily storage locator map
5. Ensure that FEFO/FIFO method is practiced
6. Monitor accuracy and organization during unloading/inspection of all receiving and withdrawal of goods
7. Supervise picking and checking process for accuracy and to ensure customer’s orders are fulfilled
8. Build and maintain relationships with key internal customers
9. Brief storage checkers on a daily basis
10. Examine products' boxes and compare with invoices or orders to verify accuracy of incoming shipments
11. Regularly check the condition of products inside the storage
12. Communicate with the Operations Supervisor to assist in rectifying problems such as damages, shortages, and products returns
13. Keep stocks control system up to date
14. Assist in employee training, development and engagement
15. Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
