Reporting to Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, the Mechanic III is accountable and responsible for the repair, PMS schedules and systematic.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. All Technical Skills of Mechanic 2
2. Troubleshoot, Repair, Recondition Automatic Transmission
3. Troubleshoot, Repair and Recondition Diesel engine
4. Troubleshoot, Repair, Recondition engine system
5. Troubleshoot, Repair, Recondition braking system
6. Troubleshoot, Repair, Recondition steering system
7. Troubleshoot, Repair, Recondition suspension system
8. Troubleshoot, Repair, Recondition pneumatic system
9. Identify faults in electrical system
10. Conduct other equipment related jobs as directed by the Lead Mechanic.
11. Perform failure analysis
12. Coordinate and report to immediate supervisor on the status of ongoing repair
13. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. Preferably technical or vocational school graduate in automotive course.
2. At least three (3) years’ work experience in heavy equipment industry.
3. Duly certified in TESDA (NC-II Mechanical Servicing).
4. Have undergone advance technical training/ seminars sponsored by the recognized
Institutions or Equipment suppliers.
