Task and Responsibilities:
- Tracks and evaluates agents' work output and efficiency
- Maintains service standards by coaching agents on delivering quality transactions.
- Reviews daily attendance and reports of all assigned Pros under his/her supervision.
- Implements and upholds operational standards to effectively manage overall team performance and reduce attrition rates.
- Client Relations – Communicates and coordinates with the client regularly.
Qualifications:
- Has proven experience in handling Healthcare Accounts with billing for providers
- With SNF and PCC experience
- Must have excellent English Communication Skills
- Demonstrates effective problem resolution and analytical thinking skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision while effectively prioritizing responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work on night shifts
