Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Medical Representative to promote and sell our company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical personnel, ensuring consistent product knowledge, usage, and trust in our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals to detail product features, benefits, and usage.
- Organize product presentations and marketing activities in line with company strategy.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and therapeutic areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
