Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and forecast product requirements based on sales trends and stock turnover.
- Ensure timely replenishment of merchandise across stores and distribution centers.
- Analyze sales and inventory reports to recommend promotions, markdowns, and restocking.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the supply chain team to ensure stock availability.
- Collaborate with visual merchandisers to ensure brand-aligned in-store displays.
- Monitor the performance of product categories and identify opportunities to improve.
- Conduct regular store checks and audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or inventory management.
- Strong background in food, beverages, and household products (FMCG sector).
- Experience handling fast-moving consumer goods is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and retail systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills in interpreting sales trends and stock reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and product accuracy.
- Knowledge of customer buying behavior and product lifecycle.
- Good communication and coordination skills across teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
