Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and deliver documents, packages, invoices, and other items to and from clients, suppliers, and other departments.
- Ensure all deliveries and pickups are done in a timely and secure manner.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including recipient names, addresses, and times.
- Handle confidential materials with discretion and integrity.
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery when required.
- Run office errands such as banking, mailing, and collecting supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance checks of the assigned vehicle (if using a company vehicle).
- Assist in office support tasks such as photocopying, filing, and setting up meeting rooms when required.
- Report any delivery delays, accidents, or issues to the supervisor immediately.

Pay: Php645.00 - Php750.00 per day
