JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ensures prompt delivery of sales invoice, Statement of Account (SOA), and other pertinent documents to clients as instructed by the Billing and Collection Section.
- Ensures prompt pick-up of collections from clients as arranged by the Billing and Collection Section.
- Ensures that all supporting documents of all activities done for Finance and Acccounting Department are turned over properly and not later than the next banking day.
- Responsible for the prompt delivery of payments and reports to different government regulatory agencies.
- Exerts best effort that the Quality Objectives are met; implements and/or carryout quality improvement activities and functions as Liason Staff as may be formally and officially defined by the immediate superior or by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least High School graduate.
- Honest and trustworthy, handling sensitive materials with care.
- Capable of following directives clearly and precisely.
- Efficient and punctual in completing messenger/liaison tasks.
- Able to perform collection and messengerial functions.
- Willing to work as utility personnel as required.
- Excellent people / interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel and knowledgeable within Metro Manila.
- Can start immediately.
- With motorcycle is advantage but not necessary.

Pay: Php15,000.00 per month
