- Securely deliver and pick up documents, mail, packages, banking slips, payments, and other items to and from various departments, clients, government agencies, banks, and external partners.
- Verify the accuracy of deliveries and collections, obtaining signatures or documentation as required.
- Handle sensitive or confidential materials with discretion and maintain confidentiality throughout the delivery process.
- Run errands, including but not limited to bill payments, bank transactions and deposits, notary services, and document pickups/deliveries.
- Physically deliver important documents, packages, and messages to the intended recipients within our organization or to external partners. This may involve travelling between office locations or making trips outside of the office to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- You may also be required to assist with various administrative tasks as needed. This could include filing documents, organizing paperwork, maintaining office supplies, and providing general support to the administrative team.
