Role and Responsibilities:
- Promotes and sells Food Safety Products to assigned territory
- Conducts customer profiling to determine potential business in the assigned territory
- Establishes rapport and maintains good business relationships with existing accounts
- Increases baseline of customers through consistent product promotion and client prospecting
- Plans and submits weekly sales call plan and monthly sales forecast
- Creates and submits marketing programs and sales contracts to promote customer loyalty and ensure guaranteed sales from identified accounts
- Conducts sales negotiations to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
- Assists customers in the actual performance of parallel tests in microbiological analyses of laboratory samples
- Provides ancillary services to customers through seminars on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Basic Microbiology Course
- Provides after sales service/s to customers as necessary (such as but not limited to emergency delivery of item/s, product installation, assistance on the proper product application and/or usage)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a four-year course in Microbiology, Food Technology, Biology or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills in Filipino and English
- Strong technical skills with the ability to easily gain product knowledge
- Time management expertise to ensure KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are achieved
- Self-motivated and dynamic with good influencing skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
- Driving skill to ensure efficient territory coverage
