Essential Functions:
- Operate Mixer Truck in a safe and skilled manner.
- Responsible for loads, delivery, and off-loads of the Boom Truck.
- Ensures proper material and quantity, rigging, planning, hoisting, balance, weight limits, binding/securing of load.
- Maintains and keeps Mixer Truck interior and exterior clean.
- Report needed repairs to the supervisor immediately.
- Submit timely and accurate paperwork, i.e., mileage reports, material tickets and other reporting as required.
- Obtain daily job assignment and coordinate instructions with supervisor.
- Complies with pre and post-trip inspections of vehicle according to regulations.
- Arrive at job site on time.
- Practice a “safety comes first” attitude
- Must be open to performing additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma / equivalency or combination of education and training experience.
- Experience operating forklift.
- Know how to drive automatic and manual four-wheel car.
- Possess a valid driver's license with restriction 1,2,3, & 8 and good driving record is a MUST!!
- At least two years’ experience.
- Must be able to communicate with supervisor and coworkers.
