Job Title: Mobile Crane Operator
Department: Operations / Equipment
Reports To: Logistic and Motor-pool Manager and Officer
Job Summary:
The Mobile Crane Operator is responsible for operating mobile cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment at designated work sites. The operator ensures all lifting operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate mobile cranes to lift, move, and position loads as per job requirements and safety protocols.
- Conduct daily pre-operation and post-operation inspections of the crane to ensure mechanical soundness and readiness for use.
- Interpret and follow load charts, lift plans, and work instructions.
- Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, and other site personnel to execute lifts safely.
- Ensure proper setup of crane, including outrigger deployment and leveling.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the maintenance team.
- Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and manufacturer guidelines during operations.
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance.
- Assist in the mobilization and demobilization of the crane from one site to another.
- Participate in toolbox meetings and safety training sessions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably with NCII Certificate
- Valid driver’s license and applicable crane operator certification/license (as required by local regulations).
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience operating mobile cranes.
- Knowledge of lifting techniques, load charts, and rigging practices.
- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and on different types of terrain.

Pay: Php700.00 - Php750.00 per day
