- Vocational Graduate or High School Graduate
- With a minimum of 3 years working experience as mold setter and technician
- Can handle Injection Molding Machine and peripheral equipment.
- Can troubleshoot all kind of parts defect of Injection molding
- Can make any suggestion and conduct improvement activity
- Have the ability to conduct analysis
- Have good communication skills and improve teamwork
- Willing to be assigned at Brother Industries Philippines, Inc, FPIP, Tanauan, Batangas
