Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver documents, parcels, checks, bills, and other items to and from designated locations.
- Ensure all deliveries and pickups are logged, signed, and recorded properly.
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, receiving documents, and submitting official paperwork to government and private offices when necessary.
- Conduct bank errands such as deposits, withdrawals, and check encashments following standard company procedures.
- Maintain and care for the assigned motorcycle, including performing basic checks and reporting any issues.
- Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of all documents and items being transported.
- Adhere to company protocols regarding timekeeping, route planning, and delivery prioritization.
- Assist with other messenger or clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- With at least 1 year of experience in the same role (preferred).
- Must have a valid driver’s license (usually with restrictions 1, 2).
- Knowledge of city roads and traffic rules.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
- Physically fit and able to drive in various weather conditions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
