Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician Department: Engineering / Maintenance Reports To: Facilities Manager / Maintenance Supervisor Job Summary: The Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and technical tasks involving electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and basic civil works. This role ensures that all building systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and safely. Qualifications: Must possess a valid NC II (National Certificate Level II) in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant trade With proven experience in facilities maintenance or technical services Knowledgeable in basic electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and carpentry works Able to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance Willing to work on shifting schedules and respond to emergencies
