Responsibilities
- Provide support to the NetSuite Solutions Consultant in providing accurate estimate, tailor fit to the business requirements of potential clients
- Provide support to the NetSuite Practice lead in crafting Scope of Work for potential and existing clients
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, optimization and managed services for NetSuite projects, working closely with clients to understand their unique business processes and configuring NetSuite to align with their needs.
- Provide expert guidance on NetSuite best practices, offering strategic insights to optimize system performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Cultivate strong client relationships by effectively communicating with stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring NetSuite solutions meet and exceed expectations as well as handling client escalations, as needed
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users, fostering user adoption and ensuring clients are equipped to maximize the benefits of NetSuite. Offer ongoing support to address queries and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions, integrations, and enhancements to extend NetSuite functionality.
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budget requirements.
