Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with questions regarding account balances, transactions, and statements
- Guide clients through online banking tools, payments, and account management processes
- Address concerns related to billing errors, unauthorized charges, and transaction disputes
- Verify customer identity and ensure compliance with banking security protocols
- Consistently meet performance goals for accuracy, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills with a balance of professionalism and empathy
- Basic understanding of insurance terminology, policy structures, and claims procedures
- Proficient computer skills with strong data entry and documentation accuracy
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, compliance-driven work environment
