Job Description:
- Provide hands on care to patient and perform routine tasks under the supervision of staff nurses.
- Take and record patients vital signs and report to the nurse in charge.
- Take and record patients fluid intake and output and report to the nurse in charge.
- Assist in emergency operational procedures and in performing basic CPR measures during cardiac and pulmonary arrest.
- Assist staff nurse in simple procedures like dressing, perineal care, enema etc.
- Answer signal light buzzers to determine patients needs.
- Bathe and dress patient.
- Assist patient with their personal hygiene and feeding if requires help except osteorized feeding.
- Transport patient to treatment units using wheelchair.
- Tidies patient’s room change bed linens and run errands,
- Collect and record reports and requisition and delivers them to authorize personnel.
- Collect and monitor soiled linen.
- Carries out non-personal task that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,770.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
