We are looking for a strong Project Leader with at least 2 years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience to join our growing team. This is a key client-facing role that blends project management, business analysis, and digital consulting.
You will take ownership of project deliverables, manage scope, timelines, and expectations, and act as the main point of contact for our US-based clients. You'll collaborate with both internal teams and customers to deliver smooth, effective Odoo implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle Odoo implementations, from discovery to go-live
- Configure Odoo modules based on business requirements
- Manage and deploy solutions using Odoo.sh
- Migrate data and customize workflows to meet client needs
- Write clear functional specifications and maintain documentation
- Own project deliverables, timelines, scope, and client communications
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Identify and recommend process improvements across projects
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience with Odoo implementations
- Strong skills in Odoo configuration and experience working with Odoo.sh
- Proven ability to manage client-facing projects and translate requirements into actionable deliverables
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Azure DevOps (or equivalent task tools), Slack, and Teams
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects at once
