DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Transporting files to AMOSUP Storage to AMOSUP Main Office to be sort and scanned.
- Sort the files to determine which data needed to be scanned.
- Filing and Scanning for IN patient Charts
- Minimum scanning of 2,000 pages of documents per working day.
- Maintaining and cleaning the physical documents storage including the area of scanning and sorting
- Other activities relative to the foregoing
- Other tasks in compliance with the Data Privacy that may be assigned by the Data Protection Officer (DPO) from time to time.
- Adhere and follow all provisions written herein the contract, rules and regulations included in the Employee Code on Discipline, and governing laws of the Philippines.
- Ensure proper disposal procedures for physical records containing personal data (e.g., shredding for paper)
- Maintain a disposal log or record for accountability and audit purposes.
- Coordinate with the Data Protection Officer or Chief Compliance Officer for approval and oversight of the disposal process.
- Report any irregularities (e.g., unauthorized viewing or data leakage during disposal).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least a College level or Graduate
- Computer literate; proficient in using basic office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PDF tools)
- Preferably with experience in document scanning, encoding, or clerical work.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling large volumes of documents accurately.
- Can work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
