Best Tools is currently seeking an Officer-in-Charge for our Isabela branch.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain seamless and efficient store functions without disruptions.
- Guide and lead staff members to maximize team performance.
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
- Strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Preferably holds a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory management and customer service best practices.
Additional Requirement:
- Willing to train in Manila.
