Job Summary:
Sinangag Express is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Encoder to join our team. The Encoder will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating company data, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information, and supporting administrative processes through proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into the company’s databases and systems.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correcting errors.
- Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy records.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports as requested by management.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather, encode, and update relevant data.
- Assist in routine administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate; college level or graduate preferred.
- Previous experience in data encoding or administrative work is an advantage.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Trustworthy, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
