Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, credit investigations, and loan documentation.
- Develops and implements marketing strategies to achieve sales targets, grow the loan portfolio, recruit loan consultants, and build strong client relationships.
- Maintains high customer service standards and resolves client issues effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
- With at least three (3) years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in financing.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with effective negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Proven tract record in sales management, loan processing, and branch operations.
